Our Team

The Board of Directors, Staff Executive Leadership, and IWS Children’s Clinic staff all have an abiding commitment to assuring the health and well-being of children.

Cam Niederman 

Cam has been a dedicated member of OPRF IWS since 2011. During her tenure, she  has served as director and treasurer of her circle and has completed several terms on the board. She also chaired the Holiday Housewalk and Market for two years and contributed her expertise on the strategic planning committee. A nurse for 35 years, Cam worked in both hospital and clinic settings before serving as a school nurse in OP District 97 for the final 15 years of her career.

Susan Shields

Susan has been a dedicated member of OPF IWS since 2016. During her tenure, she has served as Executive Board Committee Member, Auxiliary Chair, Board Treasurer, and Chair of the Holiday Housewalk for two years. Professionally, Susan brings extensive experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, and Client Services. She is passionate about helping businesses streamline processes, ensure compliance, and build positive, people-centered workplaces.
